The Flock
A safe, trauma-informed community for people processing and recovering from an abusive relationship who want to better understand what they experienced and learn how to heal while surrounded by others who actually get it.
If you are here, you likely fall into one (or both) of these categories below.
Person One: You’ve been asking everyone — your friends, your counselor, your pastor, even strangers on social media, “What the heck is going on in my relationship?” A couple times, someone has said that what you’re dealing with is abuse. But everyone else keeps telling you things like “Relationships are hard. Keep trying. It’ll get better.” Or, “It sounds like their ADHD is just unmanaged. Have they tried meds?” Or, “Maybe you’re not communicating properly. Make sure you speak in a kind and respectful tone.” Now you are more confused than ever. You just want to finally know, without a doubt, what’s happening in your relationship so you can figure out what you want to do next.
Person Two: You’ve read the books. You’ve done the programs. You are convinced that what you’ve experienced is abuse, but your people aren’t. You’ve sent your parents Instagram posts. You’ve told your counselor multiple examples that prove it. You’ve showed your friends screen shot after screen shot of old conversations. But no matter how much energy to spend educating and explaining, they still say things like, “There’s two sides to every story.” Or, “They always seemed like a nice person to me.” They don’t believe you. They don’t get it. And you’re left feeling even more alone and confused than before.
If I’m being honest with you, I think this is complete bullsh*t.
You’re already spending so much time and energy on regular, daily life.
You shouldn’t also have to spend your energy also figuring this out alone or convincing people your experience was real.
You deserve a place where:
You don’t have to over explain
You don’t have to prove how painful it really is
You don’t have to educate anyone
You don’t have to question your reality
You deserve a place where people already understand.

FAQs
Is Skool connected to Facebook?
1
No. While you can use your Facebook to create a profile with Skool you do not have to. You an learn more about Skool’s platform here.
Can I remain anonymous inside the group?
2
Unfortunately no, for a few reasons. In order to ensure that group rules are followed by every member, you do have to use your real name. This also ensures that you are billed correctly for your membership. What you can do, though, is use a profile picture that’s not of your face. Maybe put your dog or a picture of nature.
When are group coaching calls? And do I have to have my video on?
3
Currently, group coaching calls are Tuesdays at 10am CST. But the day and time are subject to change. If/when a change occurs, group members will be notified as early as possible. Additionally, you do not have to have your video on during the calls.
What workshops are available inside?
4
Currently, there is one workshop: How to Spot Red Flags and Avoid Toxic Relationships. However, as Kensie creates more, they will become immediately available to members. (P.S. — Workshops alone are $27, so if you watch one , your membership has already paid for itself!)
What if I change my mind or want to cancel my membership?
5
If you decide that you no longer want to be a member, you just email Kensie to let her know. She will stop the automatic payment on the day the email is received. Emails must be sent 3 or more business days prior to your next payment to ensure that you are not charged for another month. You will have access to the group for the remainder of the month payed for.
How big is the group?
6
The Flock just opened on January 1, so our current member total is small. However, the group is sure to grow over time. As it grows, the membership will be capped at 100 people to keep it at a manageable level.
